Shipping and Returns
New Zealand: Free Delivery for a limited time on all purchases.
Delivery time: 1 - 3 in working days ( Note: rural deliveries can take longer)
Delivery time: 2 - 15 workings days

All deliveries are handled by Courier.
Any duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries are your responsibility.
Please note that the estimated delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. These are estimated delivery times only, and unfortunately we are not able to guarantee them. IN ITALY will not be liable for any delay in delivery.
Delivery charges are non refundable.

If you receive your item and you are not happy you may return it to us within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange for a product of the same value.
The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging and accompanied by the receipt of purchase.
On rare occasions a refund may be declined. This should only occur when the product is damaged and has not arrived in its original condition or outside of the returns time frame.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason so please choose carefully.
If you receive a faulty item, please send us an email with the picture of the faulty part at firstname.lastname@example.org
This must happen within 7 days of your purchase. You may then return the items to us and we will provide a replacement, exchange or refund depending on the situation.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If a package does not arrive or it arrives damaged, please send us an email at email@example.com as soon as possible so that we can notify our courier company.
TAX AND DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
If you are charged any custom duties or sales taxes for your order, these taxes and duties are non-refundable.
We do accept international returns, however we are unable to refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
